Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Period / Timeframe

If within 7 days after delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is defective/faulty, unsuitable for the purpose generally intended, or not legal please do get in touch with the individual store holder. Each store is run by the vendor themselves, so each store will have its own set of policies.  Their contact details are in the order emails you received when placing your order. We encourage our vendors to be as flexible as possible, but for certain items, stricter policies may apply. We’d recommend you read through them before buying.

Shipping & Packing Costs

Vendors are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers. If you’re using a shipping or fulfillment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive the item(s) they purchased from your shop.

By selling on Good Dog Marketplace, you agree to:

A. Provide an accurate “ships from” address.
B. Specify your shipping costs and expected delivery times in your listings.
C. Ship items promptly after they are sold. Prompt shipping means that you ship each item within 30 days of purchase, unless you specify otherwise in your store policies or agree to a different shipping period with the buyer.
D. Comply with all local shipping and customs regulations.
E. Shipping to the wrong address is likely to result in a non-delivery case and could incur additional charges so make sure to ship to the address listed on your order as “shipping adress”
F. Mark the order as shipped when you ship it, from your user vendor dashboard. Remember that you may only mark an order as shipped after you actually have shipped it. When you mark an order as shipped, the buyer will receive a notification (and may even break out into their happy dance).
G. Charge an appropriate amount for shipping.

In the unlikely event, an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item actually was shipped and that it was sent to the address provided on Good Dog Marketplace. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may file a case against your shop.
